Check out time: On the day of departure you must leave your room by 10.30 am at the latest.

Shower stool: A shower stool can be put down in the bathroom on request.

Bicycles: There is a locked bicycle shed, you can enter this with your room key. There are sufficient charging points for electric bicycles in the bicycle shed. It is not allowed to charge batteries of electric bikes in the room.

Hairföhn: You will find this in the closet or in your washbasin cabinet.

Towels: We think about the environment: Towels on the floor means; “Please change them for clean ones!”Towels on the rack means; “I want to use them again!”I want to use them again!”If you need an extra towel please ask at the reception.

Dogs: In consultation, in some rooms your dog is welcome. In the studio and in the apartment dogs are always allowed. You must always register the dog(s) in advance.

Crib: For children up to 3 years old, we place a crib in the room upon request. For older children or adults, we can also add an extra bed in most rooms.

Safe: There is a safe in your room. The instructions for use are on the safe. We recommend that you store valuables in it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refrigerator: Upon request, a refrigerator can be placed in the room. In 2026, some rooms will be equipped with a refrigerator as standard.

Pillows and quilts: An extra pillow can be found in the closet. If you need another één or an extra comforter, please ask at the reception. Do you find our pillows too thick? Take them out of the pillowcase, turn the pillow a quarter turn and put it back into the pillowcase. The pillow will become much flatter.

Breakfast: The full breakfast is served in the dining room from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Different times are possible by arrangement. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so we can take them into account.

Umbrella: An umbrella can be found in the closet.

Parking: Free parking is available in the parking lot to the right of the hotel in the dunes. Place the parking ticket you receive upon arrival clearly visible in your car. In this app you will find more information about parking in Zoutelande.

Radio: Through the TV you can also listen to the radio. The list of stations can also be found on this app. A clock radio is available on request at the reception.

Reception: With all your questions and comments please contact the reception. We make every effort to ensure you have a pleasant and carefree stay. The reception is open from 8 a.m. until closing time. Outside opening hours you can always reach us in cases that cannot wait until the next day by calling 0118-561261.

Recycle: Downstairs in our lobby you will find two trash bins for separating your waste. There is a bin for waste paper and a bin for deposit bottles and cans.

Cleaning: Your room will only be cleaned when the sign on the outside of the door is green. If it is red, the room will not be cleaned that day. Room cleaning takes place between 9:30 and 12:30. If you have a dog and it is alone in the room, the room will not be cleaned.

Keys: Your room key is also the key to the bike shed. You open the outside door outside opening hours with the chip on your keychain. The reader is on the right side of the door. If you leave the hotel during the day, you can also drop the key off at the front desk at any time.

Television: All Tv’s are connected to satellite. A channel list can also be found in this app under the TV list button.

Going out: At the reception we are happy to give you information about restaurants, cafés, cinema and places of interest. At the entrance you will find a wide selection of brochure materials. You will also find this information in our App under the buttons Events, Food and Drink, Tourist Guide or Surroundings.

Wall Bracket: Wall brackets for the shower and toilet can be installed on request.

Laundry: For steam, laundry or ironing service please contact the reception.

Wake-up service: On request, we can wake you up at a specific time.

Wifi: In the hotel you can use the free Wifi network.
